Privacy

Townsy lists public community events gathered from community and official sources. You can browse without an account.

Usage measurement

Optional usage measurement is off unless you choose to participate. When on, we measure which listings and filters are useful. We do not collect precise location or store your search text in usage records. A random session reference lasts at most 24 hours. Usage records are kept for 14 days; daily totals for 90 days.

Problem reports

Reports sent through Report a problem are reviewed before any listing is changed. Please do not include passwords or personal contact details.

Source suggestions

If you suggest an event source, you may optionally give an email address. It is used only to ask about that suggestion, is visible only to the site owner, and is not shared or added to any mailing list.

Hosting

Hosting services may keep separate technical logs.
